Lauren, Susan and I are in Nashville, Tennessee for the day conducting focus groups for our new client the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. In addition to helping 30 centers coordinate their individual marketing efforts and reorganizing their website content to make it more user-friendly, we’re conducting a communications audit of the master brand. Today we’re meeting with YMCA employees to better understand their communication needs and use of the current system and tools. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more!

Today, our pro bono client Imbako Public Health launched its new website. The organization builds a collaborative effort focused on reducing poverty and it effects by educating women and children, and providing accessible healthcare to Kenyan communities. The new site details Imbako’s initiatives, give visitors updates on the team’s progress in Kenya and allows visitors to donate to the organization. Click here to visit the new site.

One of our real estate clients, SweetGrass, has launched a new interactive photo gallery to their website to allow site visitors to see the progress and offerings of this mountain lake community in Blowing Rock, NC. Using this new interactive functionality, SweetGrass is able to more easily share photos and users can move and enlarge their favorite photos. I promise when you look at these photos you are going to want to visit the property!

Our client Phillip Pettis, a custom home builder and renovator, has reinvented his company Northport Classic Homes, Inc. into Phillip Pettis Homes, Inc. In addition to reinventing his company, Phillip has also unveiled his new web site, DesignCreateLive. The site features expressive pictures of homes that Phillip has built and renovated, giving visitors the opportunity to see the craftsmanship and detail that goes into the design.

EOS partners Margaret Gearing and Susan Frost attended the Executive Women of Goizueta 2009 Conference today. The conference, hosted by the Goizueta Business School of Emory University, brought together executive women for day of professional development and networking. This year’s theme was Managing Change, Managing Challenge, which focused on achieving professional and personal success through unstable times. Through keynote speakers and breakout sessions, Margaret and Susan learned valuable tools that will help them further build their leadership and motivational capabilities.

Two Securities Centre and personal trainer Kelli Jackson, owner of Fitness Success, are teaming up to provide a workplace fitness routine to tenants. EOS Goddesses Lauren Elder and Glynn Murph are whipping themselves into shape by participating in the AbLab and kickboxing classes. Feel the burn ladies!

Today, our client Tombow shot a series of six videos that featured its Dual Brush Pens. Each video highlights a different craft project and shows the dual brush technique used to achieve the finished product, included rubbing stamping, dual doodling and blending. EOS would like to welcome a new goddess! Glynn Murph joined the team today as the company’s newest Account Manager. With a strong public relations background, she has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of industries from nonprofit to corporate communication. She’s a wonderful addition to the EOS team, and will help provide a new perspective.
