Look who Margaret and I found…it’s the Coca-Cola Polar Bears! On the way to a meeting with our Coca-Cola clients, we decided to stage an impromptu photo shoot with our fuzzy friends.

Margaret, Lauren and I are back in Nashville this week conducting more on-site research for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. This trip we’re focusing on the opinions of members and non-members by hosting a series of focus groups and one-on-one interviews in several of the centers around the area. By hosting groups in a variety of day-parts we’re hoping to reach a vast majority of the population and gain some valuable insights into what the YMCA consumers want and need in terms of communication. On a side note, the Country Music Awards are being hosted in Nashville tonight, so we - especially Lauren - are really excited to enjoy the atmosphere. Who knows…we may even get to see a few country music stars. Here’s hoping!

Hear ye! Hear ye! Tombow is holding an illustration contest through the end of the year and the winning entries will be featured on their new Dual Brush Pen set packaging. Plus, there’s no entry fee and the composition is completely up to you. Imagine this: you’re cruising through the aisles of your local art store and all of a sudden BAM! You see your own creation staring back at you from the shelf! A far cry from the days when mom would tape your masterpieces to the fridge.

In Philly with Coca-Cola
NOVEMBER 2ND, 2009Margaret and I are in Philadelphia this week managing an Equipment Expo for Coca-Cola Immediate Consumption team and during the 2009 World Series no less! In addition to coordinating the expo itself, we also designed several graphic wave walls, posters and highlight reels to showcase the many types of equipment present. We’re excited to be part of this event and hope to have the chance to enjoy an authentic Philly cheese steak while we are here. Go Phillies!
