Two weeks ago, EOS was presented with a plum opportunity - to develop the World Water Day exhibit for the corporate headquarters of The Coca-Cola Company. Of course, we jumped at the chance, because we recognized that it was the ideal place to bring attention to a very important cause-marketing effort RAIN - the Replenish Africa Initiative from The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation.
Through the use of some amazing photography from The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation, we were able to tell the story about the daily struggles Africans must endure to obtain one of our most basic necessities - water. Yet, we were also able to show many of the wonderful clean water initiatives RAIN and The Coca-Cola Foundation have been able to provide to children and families in water-starved locations. Read more about Coca-Cola’s commitment to global water stewardship.
We’ll be launching the website for The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation/RAIN the week of April 19. Be sure to sign up and become a RAIN Maker, which is a supporter of this very important cause. Because with many drops, we can create a wave of change - around the world!

While we were working here in Atlanta, our local film production crew was on location in Myrtle Beach shooting the local market interviews and footage from one of the Coke case studies we’re currently working on. The trip included a full tour of the city including the beach, Fun Plaza and the local mall. Despite the weather, we’ve got some great footage to capture a great story!

Lauren and I spent the day at the Coke offices involved in a wonderfully successful 2010 planning session for the Global Immediate Consumption department. 2010 is going to be a very fun year – we have lots of exciting projects on the horizon [videos, newsletters, e-blasts, etc.] and some new IC team members we’re excited to work with! Now, it’s off to celebrate the 2009 successes of the team before the holidays… cheers!

For the past several months we’ve been working on a couple of Immediate Consumption case studies and today we delivered final approval files to the team! We’re so excited to finally be able to share the stories of Australia, Norway and Belgium with our contacts around the world.

Look who Margaret and I found…it’s the Coca-Cola Polar Bears! On the way to a meeting with our Coca-Cola clients, we decided to stage an impromptu photo shoot with our fuzzy friends.

Margaret and I are in Philadelphia this week managing an Equipment Expo for Coca-Cola Immediate Consumption team and during the 2009 World Series no less! In addition to coordinating the expo itself, we also designed several graphic wave walls, posters and highlight reels to showcase the many types of equipment present. We’re excited to be part of this event and hope to have the chance to enjoy an authentic Philly cheese steak while we are here. Go Phillies!
