Hear ye! Hear ye! Tombow is holding an illustration contest through the end of the year and the winning entries will be featured on their new Dual Brush Pen set packaging. Plus, there’s no entry fee and the composition is completely up to you. Imagine this: you’re cruising through the aisles of your local art store and all of a sudden BAM! You see your own creation staring back at you from the shelf! A far cry from the days when mom would tape your masterpieces to the fridge.

Today, our client Tombow shot a series of six videos that featured its Dual Brush Pens. Each video highlights a different craft project and shows the dual brush technique used to achieve the finished product, included rubbing stamping, dual doodling and blending. The Dual Brush Pens’ video series will soon be posted on Tombow’s Web site. Click here to see behind the scenes pictures from the shoot.
Thanks to a social media strategy developed and implemented by EOS, Tombow has become an active member of the Twitterverse, created a Facebook fan page and plans are in the works for a blog. Tombow’s venture into social media was prompted by a desire to open a direct dialogue between the company and its office and craft customers.
